Bublr to Summerfest
In the “city of festivals,” Summerfest takes the cake with two weeks of outdoor music situated just off Lake Michigan. Getting to and from Summerfest is a breeze on a Bublr.
Avoid the traffic to and from the Summerfest grounds by using the Bublr station at Discovery World (our largest station!) and entering through the North Gate. You won’t have to worry about bringing a lock because you can dock the bike at the station. Bublr Bikes come equipped with pedal-powered lights for late nights and a bell as a courtesy to pedestrians walking home on the crowded bike paths.
If you are heading north towards Brady Street, where there is a Bublr station at Brady/Humboldt, the Oak Leaf Trail along the lake offers a quick departure after your favorite band’s finale. Heading south or west? The Bublr station at the Intermodal Station or Schlitz Park can help transport you away from the traffic mess. Aside from the Discovery World station, our next closest stations to Summerfest are the Public Market, US Bank Building and 411 East Wisconsin. View a full map of our stations or download the B-cycle Now app to your smartphone.
There are two ways to use Bublr. If you are a casual festival-goer, purchase a Single Ride at any kiosk. The rides are $3 / 30 minutes and end when you dock the bike at any station. For the diehard Summerfest crowd, get a 30-Day Bublr Pass for $15. It’s good for 60-minute UNLIMITED rides.
Any way you choose to Bublr, we’re happy you’re out and about enjoying our fine city.
