Marketing and Customer Service Manager

Bublr Bikes, Milwaukee’s bike share system, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the new position of Marketing and Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time, budgeted position.

Responsibilities and Duties: Effectively and continually communicate with Customers and Supporters. Manage all customer service functions and duties. Implement communication/marketing plan. Market and sell individual and corporate Bublr passes. Organize, facilitate, and manage events. Maintain brand standards in all internal and external communications.

Minimum Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary. Strong knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in current social media/web platforms and technologies. Prior experience with social media, communications, marketing, and customer service.

Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience.
